Description of Service

SwagShops provides a platform for businesses to create and manage custom company stores for branded merchandise, including store setup, product sourcing, customization and ongoing management.

User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, notify us of unauthorized use and take responsibility for activity under your account.

Subscription Plans and Payments

You agree to pay the fees for your chosen plan. Setup fees are one-time charges, and fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by SwagShops. You retain all rights to the logos and brand materials you upload.

Prohibited Uses, Termination and Liability

Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe rights. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and our liability is limited as described in the full agreement.
