Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel your monthly subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Setup fees

Setup fees cover store design, artwork digitization and onboarding work and are one-time charges.

Merchandise orders

Because items are custom-produced with your branding, orders are reviewed for misprints, defects or shipping damage. Contact us with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
